IC - 1st Turtle [Video]

He's this tall [About half a head shorter than the speaker.] he has brown hair and hazel eyes and looks really cute when he blushes. And he has a cute little curl in his hair that looks like this. [He signs it out.] If you can help me find him then I won't need any more help, I promise.
